Terms of service of Albumi.lt

Users

1. To use Albumi.lt can anyone, who want to upload pictures to www.albumi.lt (the work of the site is organized by "Darba Vide" Ltd, hereinafter referred to as - Albumi.lt), to create and order a photo album or calendar with the pictures of own choice. To accomplish it, a user can avoid registration; however the uploaded pictures, commenced and completed orders will not be stored. We recommend prior to placing an order to register, specifying a valid e-mail address and password.

2. A user can download free images in the volume of 3 GB. Albumi.lt assumes no liability for the loss of the uploaded by the user pictures from the web site albumi.lt. Therefore, please do not use albumi.lt as the only storage facility of your pictures. Albumi.lt reserves the right to remove pictures with the contents prohibited by the EU legislation and to deny access to the user.

 

Designing layout

3. The client creates the layout of a photo-book or a photo-calendar themselves, uploading the pictures into a designed gallery and selecting the offered methods of placements or creating own placement methods. While confirming the order, the user assumes complete responsibility for the quality of the designed layout, incl. the quality of the used photos, the arrangement of pictures on pages and the order in general, the matching of the selected background colours with the sizes and shades of colours on the photos, etc.

4. In compliance with a separate agreement and for a set price, the layout of a photo-book and photo-calendar in a specified term can be produced by Albumi.lt.

 

Quality

5. The user is responsible for the quality of the designed layout.

6. The user is responsible for the quality of pictures used in the layout. Albumi.lt recommend prior to create a layout to complete the processing and correction of the photos. Please pay attention to warning signs, automatically displayed at the low quality pictures. If a user applies in the layout a low quality picture (with small resolution, dark photos, pictures photographed while in the opposition to the Sun etc.), these pictures can appear to be foggy, too dark or too lighted up. The user is warned about the outcome, if using in the creation of a photo-album or a photo-calendar, pictures of poor quality, and Albumi.lt in these cases shall not accept any claims on the quality of printing.

7. Albumi.lt quality policy is to provide the existing and potential clients with high quality products.

8. In the case Albumi.lt creates the product layout, we take responsibility for the quality of the manufactured layout. In this case, it is the duty of Albumi.lt to warn the Client about the noncompliance of picture quality.

9. If the User has objections on the printing quality of the photo album or photo calendar or the quality of the manufactured product does not comply with the generally accepted printing standards, the User has the right to return the product received within 10 (ten) work days, delivering the produced photo album or photo calendar to the office of Albumi.lt by mail or courier service (paid for by the user), in this case, by phone or via e-mail notifying Albumi.lt, and filling out an application of a standard pattern. All the cases are individually reviewed and addressed within 10 (ten) work days. If an objection is justified, then, subjecting with the client, the order is reprinted or within 10 (ten) work days there is returned the paid sum to the bank account specified by the user.

 

Confirmation and execution of the order

10. Prior to confirmation of the order for a photo book or photo calendar the User is obliged to revise the created layout, while ordering fill out the specified fields by providing a valid email and phone number to receive a free text message when the order is completed.

11. The order processing time is the time from the payment of the order or confirmation of the latter to the moment the product (photo album or calendar) is dispatched by mail or courier. The standard time to process an order is 5 - 10 work days.

12. For an additional charge there is available the express manufacturing time, i.e. 1 - 2 work days.

13. For the ordered products the User can pay with bank cards VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD while registering the order. If the user wants to proceed with payment by a bank transfer, the user shall contact the Albumi.lt.

14. Albumi.lt has the right to send reminders to provide the payment for the registered orders.

 

Discounts

15. A user can get a discount to pay for the order, if the order is placed within the campaign period and the specified discount code is entered into the discount box.

16. About campaigns, and discounts Albumi.lt notifies in the Campaign section of their website Albumi.lt, by means of e-mail notes or in social networks.

17. Albumi.lt is not under an obligation to grant discounts to a user, when the user has failed to enter into the discount box the specified discount code while placing the order.

18. Discounts and campaigns are organized at the discretion and free choice of Albumi.lt. Albumi.lt is not obliged to notify each User about the offered discount.

19. Albumi.lt is not obliged to grant a User a discount, if the order placed by the user does not comply with the discount conditions, and the system due to some erroneous reason has accepted and calculated a discount for another type of order. If the User has paid a lesser price for the order than the price of the order should have been according to the price list, then before dispatching the product, the user shall pay the difference in price.

20. Discount does not apply to the delivery of the order.

21. Discounts are not cumulative.

 

Delivery

22. Throughout Europe we provide for the delivery by registered mail or via courier, according to the price list.

23. The time to receive the order = Production time + shipping time. Albumi.lt shall not be held liable for delays in organization of postal delivery.

24. If the User has not received the order within 21 days from the date of dispatching, i.e. the date when the text message was sent on the completion of the order, then the user shall contact Albumi.lt.

 

Introducing changes

27. Introducing changes in the layout of an ordered photo-book or photo-calendar at no extra charge is possible only immediately sending a letter by e-mail to: albumi@albumi.lt and subjecting the changes in the layout, and only provided that the order has not yet been printed. Otherwise, the changes in the layout can be introduced only at extra cost, subjecting with Albumi.lt.

28. Any changes to your order introduced after its confirmation (for example, in the specified contact details, delivery address, e-mail, money return transfer, the redirection of the paid sum to the next order, etc.) are possible by contacting Albumi.lt by e-mail to subject such changes. Albumi.lt is entitled to deduct 10% of the order amount to cover the cost of processing the order.

29. It is possible to cancel the order at no extra charge within 1 (one) hour from the order confirmation time, contacting Albumi.lt. If the order is placed outside the office hours of Albumi.lt, then the user has the right to cancel the order by 9:00 a.m. on the next work day, contacting Albumi.lt.

 

Posting

30. The user is presented with an opportunity to demonstrate the self-designed photo book or calendar to others by posting it on the sites of facebook.com or sending the link to view over e-mail at the specified by the user email address.

31. To post a photo book or calendar, first of all it shall be created, but not necessarily ordered.

32. After the posting of a self-created photo book or calendar on the sites of facebook.com, it becomes available for public viewing on relevant websites on the Internet, there is given a link to it in the section "I speak".

33. By posting a photo album or calendar, the user gives an opportunity to others not only to explore the posted material, but also to copy and order it, making adjustments as necessary.

34. The posting of the created album or calendar is a free choice of the user.

35. The User is held liable for any consequences arising from the posting or sending the material. Albumi.lt shall not be liable for the posted by the users of albumi.lt materials and / or mutually shared materials, and the consequences arising in this regard.

 

Gift vouchers

30. A user can purchase gift vouchers with the nominal value from 10 Euro up to 150 Euro. Gift vouchers, or the residual value thereof are not exchanged for cash or another gift voucher. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. A gift voucher can be used for several orders. The code of the gift voucher shall be entered into the discount code box, while placing the order.

31. If the order that the user would like to pay for with a gift voucher, exceeds the value of the gift voucher, then the user shall pay the difference.

32. If the gift voucher is lost, damaged or stolen, it shall not be restored. The holder of the gift voucher is responsible for the gift card code not to be disclosed to other persons.

 

Other provisions

 

39. The user assumes full responsibility for the compliance of the used images with the copyright legislation.

40. The user uploading images guarantees that he owns the copyright on these images or they are legally obtained and the user has the right to use these pictures and freely apply those.

41. Albumi.lt has the right to use the pictures uploaded by the user only to produce the order placed by the user. The designed by the user photo-album or calendar, as well as the images therein, Albumi.lt is entitled to use only with the prior consent of the User.

42. Albumi.lt is not responsible for technical problems at albumi.lt.

43. Albumi.lt shall not be liable for any damages suffered by users pertaining to the services of albumi.lt or material posted by other user.

44. Albumi.lt has the right, without prior notice, limit or deny the user any access to albumi.lt, and delete any information.

45. Albumi.lt may send news by e-mail and text messages to the users of Albumi.lt. The Users have the right to unsubscribe from receiving the newsletters.

46. Albumi.lt shall be released from responsibility for incomplete execution of obligations, if the incomplete execution arose due to force majeure circumstances, of exceptional nature, as well as resulting from unforeseen damage of technical equipment, that commenced after the User placed the order and which Albumi.lt could not have foreseen and reasonably prevented or affected, and which directly affects the manufacturing of the order. In this case, within the period of 5(five) work days the user shall be notified, specifying the probable term to execute the order.

47. Albumi.lt Terms are binding for each user of Albumi.lt - both registered and unregistered.

48. These Terms of Albumi.lt shall enter into force as published on its website by Albumi.lt.

49. When placing the order, the User confirms that he has read and agreed to the terms of service of Albumi.lt and all the changes therein.

50. Albumi.eu is entitled to change these terms of service at any time, at its discretion, without prior notice and the changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website of Albumi.lt: www.albumi.lt. Albumi.lt is not obliged to notify the user on the alternations.

51. Each user of Albumi.lt is responsible for regular rereading of these terms of service to obtain the information on changes timely.

52. All disputes relating to these terms of service arising between Albumi.lt and the user of Albumi.lt shall be settled by mutual negotiations. If the disputes in this way cannot be settled, they are dealt with in accordance with the LR laws.

53. We do not recommend the users of Albumi.lt in the process of designing photo-books and photo-calendars use the web browser of Internet Explorer.
